Architect

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Architect to join our dynamic studio in Mumbai. You will work on a variety of urban, commercial and residential projects, turning conceptual ideas into detailed, buildable designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and produce detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare and deliver design presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal designers and external consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) throughout all project phases.
• Maintain design integrity, manage project timelines, documentation and client communication.
• Review technical details to ensure proper integration of building systems.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local building codes, sustainability standards and best practices.
• Participate in design reviews, site visits and support project delivery from concept to execution.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design with ability to translate concepts into detailed plans.
• Experience in project management, coordinating timelines, resources and stakeholders across multiple phases.
• Ability to integrate structural, MEP and other building disciplines.
• Familiarity with parametric design tools or scripting for workflow automation is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Excellent visual, spatial and communication skills for clear presentation to teams and clients.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced studio and handle several projects simultaneously.
