Archidobe Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join its design‑focused team in Ottappalam. The role involves turning client ideas into functional, aesthetically compelling spaces while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed plans.
• Collaborate with clients to capture project requirements and vision.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and multidisciplinary teams to align design intent.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Review design iterations, integrate feedback, and oversee on‑site execution.
• Contribute to quality control, cost awareness, and sustainable design practices.

Required profile

• Recognized degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Professional licensure or eligibility where required.
• Proven experience in project management, planning, and coordination of design deliverables.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of building codes, local regulations, and sustainable design principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Proficiency with SketchUp.
• Experience using BIM platforms and related architectural tools.
