Architect – Full‑time, On‑site (Mumbai)

About the role

Epitome Design Studio is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join its Mumbai office. You will translate client requirements into functional, sustainable, and visually compelling architectural solutions, guiding projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D visualisations.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and local approval processes.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve design and site‑related issues.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
• Support project scheduling, cost awareness, and quality‑control activities to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
• Strong foundation in architectural design with an emphasis on functional, sustainable, and aesthetic solutions.
• Demonstrated project‑management abilities, including task planning, stakeholder coordination, and milestone tracking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork and client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D modelling tools.
