Architect – Full‑time, On‑site in Borivali

About the role

The firm is seeking a full‑time Architect to work on‑site in Borivali. You will develop architectural concepts, create design drawings and produce detailed construction documentation across diverse project types while upholding the firm’s design and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and prepare design drawings.
• Produce detailed construction documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Participate in site visits and oversee design implementation.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to present proposals and incorporate feedback.
• Support project management activities such as resource planning and progress tracking.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Borivali and conduct site inspections.
• Prior experience on culturally sensitive, context‑driven projects in India is beneficial.
