About the role
Drav Architecture is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join its team in Gorakhpur. You will be responsible for creating architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings, and managing design documentation from schematic design through construction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and design solutions aligned with client needs.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate design documentation throughout all project phases, from schematic design to construction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Registration or licensure is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with industry‑standard design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
