Architect – Design & Construction

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Architect to join our Madurai office. The successful candidate will translate client briefs into functional, aesthetic designs and see projects through from concept to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, space plans and detailed drawings that meet client requirements, budgets and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants to integrate multidisciplinary inputs.
• Prepare construction documentation, including drawings, specifications and technical details.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues and ensure compliance with the design intent.
• Participate in client meetings, project presentations and assist with scheduling and quality control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent; registration with the Council of Architecture is a plus.
• Solid design skills with experience in residential, commercial or mixed‑use projects in India.
• Understanding of local building codes and permitting processes in Tamil Nadu.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit.
• Knowledge of SketchUp and basic 3D modeling.
• Ability to produce rendering visuals.
