Architect - Cybersecurity, Product Security

About the role

We are looking for a senior Cybersecurity Architect to lead and mentor our security engineering team. You will design and operationalize secure, high‑performance services that protect the infrastructure powering our streaming, live broadcast, and gaming platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Educate and train staff at all levels to foster a security‑first culture.
• Promote policy‑as‑code, automation, and AI/ML techniques for threat detection and incident response.
• Maintain and evolve the security tooling stack, evaluating emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed security by design, including vulnerability management.
• Lead incident response efforts and build automated security‑operations tooling.
• Define and refine security risk metrics.
• Mentor team members and share deep security expertise across the organization.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of security risks and mitigations for cloud‑based applications and infrastructure.
• Proven experience securing AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong background in containers, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands‑on experience with penetration testing, threat modeling, and architecture reviews.
• Excellent communication skills to translate security requirements for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working in fully distributed, remote teams.
