Architect – Coordination & Design (5-7 yrs)

About the role

Somya Sampat is seeking a qualified Architect to lead architectural, structural and MEP coordination efforts and deliver complete GFC (Good For Construction) drawings. The role combines design expertise with strong site experience to ensure seamless integration of all building disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP designs to produce accurate GFC drawings.
• Develop and detail working drawings in collaboration with consultants.
• Maintain documentation, specifications and design concepts throughout project phases.
• Provide on‑site support and ensure design intent is realised during construction.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelors or Masters required).
• Minimum 5 years and maximum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong coordination abilities and experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands‑on knowledge of detailing, working drawings and consultant coordination.
• Familiarity with architectural specifications, documentation and concepts.
• Good site experience is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Competence with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use Sketch Up.
