Architect – Bangalore (3-6 yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Architect to join our Bangalore office and contribute to a variety of commercial, mixed‑use, residential, institutional and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for turning concepts into detailed designs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Prepare drawings, layouts, specifications and presentation material.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM and other disciplines to ensure integrated design delivery.
• Produce high‑quality 3D models and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Review design outputs for compliance with client requirements, codes and quality standards.
• Participate in design coordination meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Support project planning, design reviews and technical problem‑solving throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, BOQs and tender documentation when required.
• Mentor graduate architects and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• 3–6 years of experience in architectural design, preferably on commercial, mixed‑use, residential, institutional or infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction detailing and BIM workflows.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
