Aptitude Trainer (Quantitative & Verbal) – Jaipur

About the role

FACE Prep is seeking an Aptitude Trainer to deliver classroom‑based training in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal ability for students preparing for campus placements and competitive exams. The role is full‑time, on‑site at the Jaipur training centre and may involve occasional travel to partner institutes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans covering quantitative, logical and verbal topics.
• Create practice questions, assessments and periodic tests to evaluate learner progress.
• Provide individualized feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the academic team to update content based on industry trends.
• Participate in workshops, bootcamps and maintain training quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and basic data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience in classroom training, coaching or mentoring students for placements or competitive exams.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Commerce is a plus.
• Patience, strong classroom management and enthusiasm for working with diverse learners.
