About the role
We are happy to inform you that KL University has an immediate requirement for an Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer. The role involves teaching core quantitative topics and training students in various reasoning puzzles to prepare them for campus placements and competitive examinations.
Key responsibilities
- Teach number systems, arithmetic, algebra, geometry, permutations, and combinations.
- Train students in puzzles, coding‑decoding, directions, data sufficiency, and related reasoning exercises.
- Prepare students for campus recruitment drives and competitive exams such as CAT, GATE, and bank examinations.
- Conduct aptitude tests, practice quizzes, and analyze results to improve student performance.
Required profile
- Graduate or postgraduate from any discipline.
- Ideal qualifications include B.Tech, M.Sc (Mathematics/Statistics), or MCA.
- 2–6 years of proven experience in training students in aptitude and reasoning.
- Preferred experience in Campus Recruitment Training (CRT).
