Application Developer – Power Business Intelligence

About the role

We are looking for an Application Developer specialized in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) to design, build and configure data‑driven applications that support our business processes. The role is based in our Bengaluru office and involves close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective BI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Model, integrate and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document application designs, configurations and updates for knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence.
• At least 15 years of full‑time education.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
