Application Developer (Databricks)

About the role

We are looking for an Application Developer to design, build and configure applications that support our business processes. The role focuses on leveraging the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform to deliver scalable, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work independently and become a subject‑matter expert on the platform.
• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute problem‑solving ideas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyse application requirements.
• Develop, test and optimise applications for performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain optimal operation.
• Document designs, development processes and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• At least 15 years of full‑time education.
• Ability to work onsite at the Indore office.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience building scalable, data‑driven applications.
• Strong understanding of data integration and transformation techniques.
• Ability to optimise application performance and ensure reliability.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based data analytics environments and tools.
