About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Apple Product Trainer to deliver engaging training sessions on Apple devices and applications. You will work closely with retail sales teams, helping them understand product benefits and stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct interactive training sessions covering Apple product features, updates, and best practices.
- Demonstrate key functionalities in one‑on‑one coaching and group workshops.
- Support retail sales teams by clearly communicating product advantages.
- Adapt training materials quickly to reflect new technology releases.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of experience delivering training to large groups in IT or mobility.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer‑centric mindset with proven teaching capability.
- Ability to quickly learn and convey new technology updates.
