About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to manage, verify, and report on payable transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate ledger accounts and supporting financial reporting while ensuring compliance with verification procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, record, verify, analyze, and report accounts payable transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and related reports.
- Conduct analyses and reconciliations of bill runs to detect fraud.
- Ensure transaction entry verification procedures are followed.
