Android Kotlin Developer – Bangalore (Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Android Kotlin Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality Android applications. The role starts with a few months of remote work before transitioning to our Bangalore office, offering a blend of flexibility and on‑site collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack libraries.
• Implement responsive UI following Material Design guidelines.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and third‑party SDKs.
• Identify and fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure app stability.
• Write clean, maintainable code and basic unit tests.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with QA, UI/UX designers, and cross‑functional team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of Android development experience (freshers with relevant internships are welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and a willingness to learn modern Android technologies.
