Android Developer – Mumbai (2-5 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for an Android Developer to join our mobile team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate has 2‑5 years of experience building native Android applications and can turn design specifications into high‑quality, maintainable code.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and design inputs, provide effort estimates and deliver features on schedule.
• Develop, test and debug Android applications using Java/Kotlin and Android Studio.
• Produce design documentation and ensure code passes unit‑testing and quality gates before hand‑off to QA.
• Maintain configuration management processes and adhere to project standards.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, staging and production environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, participate in meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong understanding of Android lifecycle, architecture components and SDK features.
• Experience with unit testing and design patterns.
• Ability to write clear documentation and communicate technical concepts.
