Android Developer

About the role

The Android Developer will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining high‑quality mobile applications for Android platforms. The role focuses on delivering seamless user experiences, developing scalable solutions, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using modern development frameworks and best practices.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and user‑friendly mobile interfaces.
• Integrate applications with backend services, APIs, and third‑party platforms.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following engineering standards.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and battery efficiency across devices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and defects.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers on feature development.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to mobile engineering best practices.
• Ensure application security, stability, and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience developing Android applications.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and passion for delivering intuitive user experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience with Android SDK and Android Studio.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and mobile data management.
• Familiarity with MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture patterns.
• Version control using Git and modern development workflows.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
