Android Developer (1-3 years experience)

About the role

Erginous, a leading IT solutions provider, is looking for an Android Developer with 1‑3 years of experience to join its mobile development team. You will contribute to building feature‑rich, high‑performance Android applications for a variety of industry clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using the latest SDK versions.
• Implement intuitive user interfaces following Android UI design principles and design patterns.
• Integrate offline capabilities, caching, messaging/chat, social APIs and pub/sub mechanisms.
• Consume and interact with Firebase services and RESTful web‑services/APIs.
• Perform debugging, performance optimization, and benchmarking to ensure app stability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using version‑control tools and project boards.

Required profile

• BCA/MCA or B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience developing Android applications.
• Familiarity with Android SDK across multiple OS versions.
• Experience with Eclipse or Android Studio development environments.
