Analyst III – Client & Product Lifecycle (APAC)

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Analyst III to support the Client & Product Lifecycle function across the APAC region. You will act as a subject‑matter expert on ETF and SMA operational processes, ensuring accurate and compliant execution of daily, monthly and ad‑hoc deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle activities, including AUM reporting and regulatory reporting.
• Process business‑as‑usual requests and client instructions within established time frames.
• Collaborate with Trading, Index Providers, Custodians, Fund Accounting, Compliance and Technology teams to resolve escalations.
• Document, maintain and review process documentation for smooth performance.
• Provide daily reporting to Portfolio Managers, Analysts and Capital Markets teams.
• Interpret corporate actions and apply trade‑date information to trading systems.
• Leverage internal or custodian reporting for issue resolution and escalation.
• Support transaction processing and ad‑hoc tasks allocated by front‑office teams.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in investment banking or asset‑management operations.
• Strong understanding of ETF and SMA operational processes.
• Experience with month‑end and regulatory reporting, including board and compliance reports.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders across NA, APAC and EMEA.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) operational workflows.
