Analyst II – Import/Export Logistics

About the role

The Analyst II – Import/Export Logistics will drive operational excellence for Kraft Heinz’s logistics hub. This strategic‑tactical position aligns business stakeholder priorities with floor teams, ensuring seamless import and export processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own import and export operations, establishing routines from scratch and focusing on process excellence.
• Manage stock availability, coordinate with production planners, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels, proactively address shortages or excesses, and track open orders.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet shipment commitments and resolve supply constraints.
• Support demand and supply planning through regular stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues and customer escalations.
• Maintain accurate master data and inventory records between SAP and OMP systems.
• Work with quality teams to expedite stock release and track batch release status.
• Lead process transition, guide floor teams, and act as a change‑management agent.
