Analyst – Account to Report

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Global Finance team as an Analyst – Account to Report, supporting finance and accounting processes for a leading healthcare company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence by timely closing of financial periods, ensuring compliance with internal audit, SOX, and worldwide procedures.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations, support auditors and legal authorities, and ensure strong internal controls.
• Act as a trusted business partner, aligning global strategy across regions and processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline (2‑5 years of experience).
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA are preferred.
• Learning agility, adaptability, and ability to work in flexible shifts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
• Familiarity with shared services environments.
