About the role

The Amazon Picker position is an on‑site role based in Goregaon, supporting Amazon’s fast‑moving fulfillment centre. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders for shipment in a high‑tempo warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items from inventory according to order specifications.
• Pack and label orders for safe and efficient shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Physical stamina to lift and move packages of varying sizes and weights.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Commitment to occupational safety and health standards.
