Aircraft Handler – Ramp Operations

About the role

FedEx is seeking a motivated Handler to join its ramp and air operations team. In this role you will ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo, supporting timely departures and arrivals.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload packages and cargo from aircraft while maintaining accuracy and speed.
• Operate ramp equipment such as belt loaders, cargo carts, and containers safely.
• Sort, stack, and transport packages, preventing damage and ensuring proper handling.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Coordinate with flight crews, loaders, and ground staff to streamline operations.
• Perform security screening and ancillary logistics tasks as required.

Required profile

• At least 6 months to one year of relevant experience in ground handling or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good planning, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Ramp equipment operation (belt loaders, cargo carts, containers).
