AI/ML Engineer with German language proficiency

About the role

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer who is fluent in German to join our research & development team in Bangalore. You will translate complex business problems into machine‑learning solutions, collaborate with global stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality software components that meet customer and security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design software solutions following architectural guidelines.
• Implement features, fix bugs, and ensure code quality through unit and integration testing.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Integrate solutions into the configuration management system and meet delivery timelines.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into analytical/ML approaches, define success metrics, and design experiments (A/B testing, DoE).
• Perform data profiling, feature engineering, and address bias or leakage issues.
• Build, validate, and compare models (supervised, unsupervised, time‑series, NLP, computer vision).
• Deploy insights or models via dashboards, notebooks, or production endpoints with proper monitoring.
• Communicate results to technical and non‑technical stakeholders and contribute to data‑governance tooling.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning (or strong internships).
• Fluent German language skills for requirement analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Strong statistical background and experience with experimental design.

Required skills

• Python programming (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn).
• SQL for large‑scale data manipulation.
• Statistical analysis and experimental design (A/B testing, DoE).
• Data profiling, feature engineering, bias/leakage handling.
• Model development: supervised, unsupervised, time‑series, NLP, computer vision.
• Dashboard creation, notebook authoring, production endpoint deployment, and monitoring.
• Data‑governance tools such as feature stores and evaluation frameworks.
• German language proficiency.
