About the role

Myntra’s Udaan initiative offers a six‑month paid program designed to launch the careers of people with disabilities. As a Program Manager you will lead inclusive projects, collaborate with e‑commerce talent, and help shape a pathway that could lead to a full‑time position at Myntra.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain templates and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerBI for operational and management reporting.
• Develop statistical and analytical models to evaluate customer initiatives, growth hacks, and performance metrics.
• Diagnose issues, dissect problems, and track results to drive continuous improvement.
• Run and sustain regular reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

• Willingness to work onsite in Bengaluru for the full six‑month duration.
