AI/ML & Emerging Tech Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML & Emerging Tech Trainer to design and deliver end‑to‑end AI skilling programs for both business and technical teams across Welspun GCC. The role will drive enterprise‑wide capability building and scale AI learning across the wider Welspun Group through a central Learning Shared Service model.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for BPS and IT/Tech teams to uncover AI and digital skill gaps.
• Design, develop and implement AI, Machine Learning and emerging technology curricula tailored to business and engineering audiences.
• Deliver hands‑on training sessions, workshops and labs for finance, HR, procurement, operations and IT teams.
• Adjust training depth to match the technical proficiency of each audience, from practical AI automation for business users to deeper technical AI/ML concepts for engineers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scale AI skilling across the Welspun Group via the shared service model.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an AI/ML or emerging technology trainer.
• Ability to conduct training needs analysis and translate findings into effective learning programs.
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Hands‑on approach with a focus on practical application of AI concepts.
