About the role
We are seeking an AI Trainer/Coach to help financial institutions adopt and integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT. The role involves translating complex AI concepts into practical, actionable guidance for non‑technical executives and supporting the design of AI‑driven workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Guide financial firms in selecting, configuring, and deploying AI tools.
- Explain AI concepts clearly to senior, non‑technical audiences.
- Provide hands‑on support with prompt engineering and workflow automation.
- Develop practical use‑cases and training materials tailored to regulated environments.
- Maintain availability during U.S. business hours to address client needs.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience working with regulated industries, preferably finance.
- People‑oriented mindset for client‑facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently as a contractor.

What we offer
