AI Trainer

About the role

Weave is looking for a remote AI Trainer to help improve the performance of our conversational AI systems. You will review AI‑generated responses, provide actionable feedback, and document customer interactions to ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI responses and deliver consistent, actionable feedback to train models.
• Analyze customer feedback on AI behavior, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Own the customer experience of AI‑driven interactions and define escalation paths when human intervention is needed.
• Create clear, natural, and conversational written content for AI training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, content, and AI outcomes.
• Proactively identify issues, suggest solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in AI training, customer care, chat management, or a related field.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible to cover North American daytime shifts (Pacific to Eastern).
• Strong verbal and written communication, multitasking ability, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with Postman (ideal, not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
