AI Software Builder – Web, CRM & Automation

About the role

RAJASAB is looking for an AI Software Builder to create and improve internal tools that power its luxury menswear brand. You will work hands‑on with the founders to prototype, develop, and ship AI‑enhanced features that directly impact sales, production, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a custom CRM and other internal business applications.
• Develop web‑based solutions for sales, customer management, production, and operations.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools to create and deploy new features quickly.
• Enhance website functionality, user experience, and product content management.
• Integrate third‑party services via APIs and manage data flows.
• Automate repetitive workflows to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate directly with founders to iterate on ideas and launch prototypes.

Required profile

• Proven experience building web applications with modern frameworks.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and full‑stack development.
• Ability to solve technical and business problems independently.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
