AI-Powered Mobile App Developer (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

Smart Working is looking for an AI‑Powered Mobile App Developer to lead the design, development and delivery of its iOS and Android applications. This permanent, fully remote position will work closely with the CEO to turn product vision into a scalable, high‑quality mobile platform.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI‑powered development tools, large language models and vibe‑coding workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining engineering quality.
• Own the end‑to‑end technical direction of the mobile app and its supporting backend services.
• Design, develop and deploy new features for both iOS and Android, managing releases and production‑ready builds.
• Maintain and improve existing workflows to ensure a stable, scalable user experience.
• Translate the CEO’s product vision into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Balance front‑end and back‑end development responsibilities (approximately 50/50) and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
• Lay the technical foundations for future growth, shaping engineering practices and standards.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience with AI‑powered development, AI agents, LLMs, vibe‑coding or MCP.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced startup environments and take ownership of product delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills, especially with senior leadership.
• Desire to grow into a senior leadership role as the company scales.
