AI Engineer – Enterprise AI & Integrations

About the role

Join 89 Solutions, a leading partner of Moveworks, to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions that integrate with major platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP and Oracle. You will work on conversational AI, automation and cloud‑based services for international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Complete hands‑on training on the Moveworks platform.
• Build AI agents and automation workflows using APIs and integrations.
• Develop and maintain backend components that support AI solutions.
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT), JSON and XML.
• Collaborate with customers and global delivery teams throughout implementation projects.
• Contribute to product improvements and technical innovation.
• Create technical documentation and support solution delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Strong backend programming skills in at least one language such as Python, Java, C++, Golang or JavaScript.
• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and authentication methods like OAuth2 or JWT.
• Experience working with JSON and XML data formats.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Coupa or Ariba.
