AI Advisory Senior Manager / Associate Director

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Associate Director or Senior Manager to lead and expand IDinsight’s AI Advisory practice for government and social‑sector clients in India. Based in Delhi, you will work closely with senior leadership, executive teams and data‑science specialists to embed AI and technology solutions into existing projects, create new engagements with government partners, and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI and technology components into current client engagements.
• Identify and secure new AI advisory projects with government and public‑sector partners.
• Provide policy‑focused AI advice, bridging technical solutions with governance challenges.
• Lead client‑facing advisory work and support business‑development activities.
• Collaborate with IDinsight’s Data Science, Executive and Senior Leadership teams to shape AI strategy.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of technology transformation and policymaking within Indian government institutions.
• Proven experience in senior‑level advisory or consulting roles, preferably in AI or data‑driven projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive new business opportunities.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
