About the role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Trainer to deliver corporate training programs for IT software teams in Chennai. The role focuses on designing and facilitating hands‑on workshops that help teams adopt Agile practices and improve delivery performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and customize Agile training curricula tailored to client needs.
- Conduct onsite workshops covering Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Assess team maturity, provide coaching, and guide the implementation of Agile ceremonies.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve training materials.
Required profile
- Based in Chennai with a proven track record of delivering corporate Agile training.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for adult learners.
- Ability to propose flexible pricing models (hourly, daily, weekly).
