ADM Support Analyst

About the role

Addepar’s ADM Support team assists clients with post‑implementation inquiries for the Alternatives Data Management solution. The analyst works directly with sophisticated investors, helping them resolve data and calculation issues and maximize the value of the ADM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, respond to, and resolve client issues and questions related to ADM functionality.
• Analyze complex alternative‑investment data sets to pinpoint and fix data or calculation discrepancies.
• Prioritise issues, collaborate with Collections and Operations teams, and drive resolutions.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams for root‑cause analysis and long‑term fixes.
• Provide functional and conceptual instruction to help clients fully leverage the ADM platform.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring each is seen through to completion.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation as the team scales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of client‑facing experience, preferably in financial services or investment management.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time‑management abilities.
• Comfort working with complex data sets and quantitative analysis.
• Passion for problem‑solving, continuous learning, and technology in finance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Addepar platform.
