Active Directory Engineer – Walk‑In Interview – Kolkata

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Active Directory Engineer to join our team in Kolkata. This is a walk‑in opportunity for candidates with 6‑10 years of hands‑on experience in AD and Azure AD who can design, implement, and maintain complex identity infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) environments.
• Architect and implement Group Policy, AD‑integrated DNS, and multi‑domain integrations.
• Plan and execute migrations to Server 2019 Domain Functional Level and other AD upgrades.
• Create and maintain AD documentation and automation scripts.
• Monitor server uptime and component health using SCOM agents.
• Provide hardware management and technical feasibility studies for Azure migrations.
• Build technical and security architecture in Azure for new workloads.
• Lead compliance assessments and migration approaches (lift‑and‑shift or green‑field).

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and related services.
• Deep knowledge of AD architecture, LDAP, directory replication, schema changes, and security.
• Proven experience in AD migrations, domain integrations, and Group Policy design.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for DNS, Kerberos, Windows Authentication, and Single Sign‑On technologies.
• Experience with Azure AD Connect, ADFS, Certificate Services, and SCOM monitoring.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with project teams for smooth production roll‑outs.
