Accounts Manager – Finance Operations

About the role

Adam&EveInc is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead accounting, finance, taxation, compliance, audits, reporting and overall financial operations across several group companies operating in IT, Telecom and Food & Beverage.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end accounting and finance processes for multiple subsidiaries.
• Manage GST, taxation, statutory compliance and audit coordination.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate with senior management, external auditors, banks and consultants.
• Support fundraising activities and basic international accounting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably across multiple companies.
• CA, CMA, ACCA qualification or partial qualification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, taxation, audits, MIS and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take end‑to‑end ownership.
