Accounts & Inventory Associate (SAP)

About the role

Wellversed is looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts & Inventory Associate with 1‑3 years of experience in SAP and data analysis. The role supports the end‑to‑end flow of purchase, sales and stock information, ensuring accurate invoicing and financial reconciliation across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily SAP inventory transactions such as goods receipt notes, goods issues and stock transfers, aligning system entries with physical movements.
• Maintain SKU, batch and location‑wise inventory records for raw material, packaging material and finished goods in SAP.
• Track inbound receipts, consumption, production output and dispatch activities, posting finished‑goods receipts based on BOMs.
• Coordinate with production, quality, warehouse and logistics teams to validate postings and verify dispatch documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile variances and support adjustment journal entries.
• Manage inter‑plant and inter‑warehouse transfers, monitoring in‑transit inventory.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP inventory modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
