About the role
ArivuPro is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts & Finance Faculty to deliver high‑quality tutoring for commerce‑focused professional exams. The role involves conducting classroom sessions, monitoring student attendance, and providing guidance to improve learning outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Teach and conduct classes covering Accounts and Finance topics for professional exam preparation.
- Maintain daily attendance records and generate reports for management.
- Identify regular absenteeism, conduct counselling sessions, and keep detailed records of interventions.
Required profile
- Fresher to 1‑2 years of teaching experience.
- Qualified with M.Com, CA, CMA, or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- Proficient computer literacy and ability to travel as needed.
- Highly energetic, team‑oriented, and capable of handling a classroom of students.
