Accounting & Reconciliation Executive – Finance & Accounts

About the role

The Finance & Accounts team is looking for an Accounting & Reconciliation Executive to manage accounts payable, handle payment queries from hotel partners, and support the end‑to‑end payment lifecycle. You will work closely with the Manager – Finance & Accounts and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments, verify invoices, schedule disbursements and reconcile financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all payment activities and monitor payment deadlines.
• Establish and nurture relationships with vendors, addressing payment status inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Generate regular reports on accounts payable, outstanding balances and payment trends for management.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and travel‑industry regulations; assist in audits and compliance reviews.
• Respond promptly to payment‑related queries from internal teams and hotel partners, meeting defined SLAs.
• Investigate payment errors, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide courteous customer service and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve payment processes.
