Accounting Delivery Manager (AU & US)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Delivery Manager to oversee the quality and execution of our US and Australian service lines. The role combines client success, quality assurance and people management in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery quality for all US and AU service lines across six pillars.
• Provide QA sign‑off on all client‑facing outputs before delivery to CPA partners.
• Manage a 90‑day onboarding plan for new CPA partners to ensure successful first deliveries.
• Directly supervise three Senior Delivery Specialists and the Knowledge Management, Training & QA Lead.
• Maintain SLA compliance, monitoring turnaround time, accuracy and revision rates per partner.
• Handle escalations from AU and US market leads and partner firms.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Revenue Growth specialists on account health reviews and upsell opportunities.
• Liaise with outsourced technology and security partners on platform compliance and tool integration.

Required profile

• CA qualification from India (mandatory) with additional AU or US accounting qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in delivery management, client success or operations within an accounting/BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of AU compliance (AASB, APES 320, BAS/IAS, ATO audit) and US compliance (US GAAP, 1040/1120S, IRS).
• Proven experience managing small technical teams (3‑6 members) in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Experience designing and reviewing QA frameworks.
