Accounting and Reporting Consultant

About the role

Join Uniqus' Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC) team as a Consultant, providing high‑quality accounting advisory services to a portfolio of global clients. You will work closely with senior managers to address complex accounting issues, support financial reporting, and help implement new standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting advice on complex issues and prepare detailed research memos.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards for client engagements.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and other financial reporting deliverables.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, helping manage relationships under the guidance of the Manager/Associate Director.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development.
• Stay current with accounting standards and regulatory developments.
• Manage multiple engagements, meet deadlines, and identify client service improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2‑4 years of experience in technical accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and professional standards.
• Flexibility to travel on short notice and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
