Accountant – US IT Staffing

About the role
We are seeking an Accountant with experience in the US IT staffing sector to join our team in Tirunelveli. The role involves handling consultant payroll, invoicing and the full spectrum of accounts payable and receivable while aligning with US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Process W2 payroll and C2C vendor payments for consultants.
- Manage consultant timesheets and reconcile payroll.
- Prepare client invoices and ensure accurate billing.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Produce financial reports and support month‑end close.
- Maintain compliance with US payroll regulations and internal policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in US IT staffing.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work during US business hours from an onsite location.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- W2 payroll and C2C vendor payment processing.
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Client invoicing and payroll reconciliation.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks.
- Advanced Excel skills.
