Accountant – Real Estate & Infrastructure

About the role

Anthems Corporation, a fast‑growing real estate and infrastructure firm, is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to oversee its financial operations. You will ensure accurate bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and support the financial health of our premium projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day accounting records using Tally Prime/ERP.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory returns.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements and cash‑flow reports.
• Record project‑wise expenses and monitor budgets.
• Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and government authorities.
• Maintain documentation for real‑estate transactions and agreements.
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter preferred.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
