Accountant – Manage Branch Financial Operations

About the role
We are seeking a diligent Accountant to oversee the day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations of our branch in Pattom, Kerala. The role involves handling billing, cash, stock transfers, and purchase entries while ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities and branch financial operations.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, stock transfers, and purchase entry processes.
- Perform cash closing, bank reconciliations, and RTGS/NEFT transactions.
- Prepare and finalize balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
- Handle taxation processes and related financial activities.
- Support month‑end closing, journal entry preparation, and account reconciliation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Age between 20 and 35 years.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
