Accountant

About the role

Neev Homes is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Accountant to join its finance team in Dwarka. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting the company’s financial operations across its interior design and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, quotations, bills, debit and credit notes using BUSY Accounting Software and Tally.
• Enter purchase, sales, journal, payment and receipt vouchers.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
• Update GST records and assist with GST return filing.
• Support TDS calculations, record‑keeping and compliance.
• Prepare ledgers, profit & loss statements, balance sheets and MIS reports.
• Process vendor payments and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Verify bills, purchase orders, invoices and supporting documents before processing.
• Conduct reconciliations of vendor, customer, bank and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
• Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Full‑time, on‑site availability in Dwarka.
• Experience handling day‑to‑day accounting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers and auditors.
