Accountant – Finance Shared Services (Goa)

About the role

Vistance Networks is seeking an Accountant to join its Finance Shared Services team in Goa. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end processing of Accounts Receivable, billing, credit management and customer master data, ensuring high accuracy and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Accounts Receivable, billing, cash and credit management processes in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Monitor workflow queues to guarantee timely billing and customer deliveries, escalating issues as needed.
• Analyze root causes of errors, propose standardisation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales and Logistics teams, as well as customers, to resolve transaction and reporting queries.
• Prepare and review tax documents for each location and support internal and external audits.
• Perform month‑end reconciliations, including GIT, AR and deferred revenue, and generate periodic MIS reports.
• Work in shift patterns, including evening work‑from‑home periods.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate qualification (MBA or M.Com) preferred.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, billing or credit management.
• Strong understanding of commercial transaction complexities, tax regulations and finance processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using MDG (Master Data Governance) systems.
