Accountant / Finance Controller – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Finance Controller to oversee the financial operations of our hotel/resort located at Ratanpur Border, Rajasthan. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting, ensuring accurate billing, and supporting the management team with budgeting and financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complete day‑to‑day accounting operations of the hotel/resort.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure billing accuracy.
• Monitor daily collections, cash transactions, bank transactions, and payment settlements.
• Track expenses and assist management in cost control and budgeting.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Manage hotel inventory, stock records, purchases, and consumption.
• Verify purchase invoices, supplier bills, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and account matters.
• Work closely with management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Front Office, Reservations, Operations, and vendor teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Experience in inventory and purchase management for hotel/resort operations.
