Accountant – Bagru (Jaipur, Rajasthan)

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Accountant to handle daily accounting, tax compliance, and financial record‑keeping for our Bagru facility. The role involves maintaining accurate ledgers, filing statutory returns, and supporting audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day accounting transactions, sales and purchase entries, cash flows, and general ledger postings using Tally.
• Prepare and file monthly GST returns and manage TDS deductions and calculations.
• Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Generate sales invoices, monitor accounts receivable, follow up on pending payments, and process vendor payouts.
• Prepare vouchers, documentation, and financial statements for monthly reviews and annual audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s degree (M.Com/MBA Finance).
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Residing in or willing to commute daily to Bagru, Jaipur.
• Strong numerical accuracy, high integrity, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
