Accountant – Accounts Payable (SAP)

About the role

Volvo Group is seeking a motivated Accountant to join its Finance team. You will focus on the accounts‑payable function, handling a variety of invoices and supporting the smooth flow of payments across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase‑order (PO) and non‑PO invoices, credit notes and debit notes in SAP.
• Analyse and resolve blocked invoices, ensuring timely payment.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to answer queries and provide solutions.
• Prepare daily reports and follow‑up on pending payment documents.
• Maintain accurate filing procedures and adhere to standard accounting policies.

Required profile

• Commerce graduate or MBA (Finance) degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts‑payable processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work any shift and operate in an onsite office environment.
• Highly organized, self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities.

• SAP (invoice processing module).
